National Public Sector Associate Director, Medicines360

Mouhamed Mouctar Diallo currently serves as the National Public Sector Associate Director for Medicines360. He leads a team of Regional Public Sector Managers/Senior Managers across the US to create access and generate customer opportunities for Medicines360 products and services in the public health sector. He works with different internal and external stakeholders in partnership with Medicines360 commercial partner(s) sales leadership team(s) to create access and enable the public health sector to care for their patients utilizing Medicines360 products and services. He also runs Medicines360 product training function through which he onboards and trains Medicines360 new hires and account managers from partner’s organization.

Formerly, Mr. Diallo served as Public Health Manager with MedImmune/AstraZeneca covering GA, AL, and MS. In that role, he coordinated and lead public health initiatives centered on influenza education/awareness/immunization, lung cancer screening, lung cancer biomarker testing, and RSV prophylaxis. In addition, he assisted and advocated for developing policies and regulations for protection against the flu and guided a cross-functional team to implement strategic plans to increase influenza vaccination coverages. During his tenure at MedImmune/AstraZeneca, Mr. Diallo supported procurement of international nongovernmental organizations (International Medical Corps and Global Communities) and advocated on their behalf in developing countries.

Before relocating to the United States, Mr. Diallo lived in his home country in Africa. While there, he was the General Manager of “Fabrique de Matelas Mousse de Labé” in Labé, Guinea. He led a team of professionals to run a factory producing foam products for mattresses and cushions. At the same time, he accepted and fulfilled an honorary position as Consul for Senegal, assigned to Moyenne-Guinée based in Labé, Guinea. As a Senegalese diplomat in Guinea, he advocated with local and national government officials on behalf of Senegal and Senegalese people living in the Labé area.

Mr. Diallo has passion for gender equality, community development, social justice, rescuing orphans, health and well-being of women and children, and improving the quality of overall health especially in African communities. Since his childhood, he has been intrigued by inequality and poverty. He was exposed to giving back to his community at a very young age by his father, a successful businessman who used his houses to rescue Orphans. Mr. Diallo serves on the Board of Global Impact and is a Rotarian. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Université Laval in Québec, Canada and certificates in Leadership from Cornell University and Professional Fundraising from Boston University.
